How to Check Your Airtel Data Balance (Prepaid/Postpaid)

It is important to check your Airtel internet balance so that you don’t go over your current data billing plan. You can check your Airtel Net Balance in three ways – USSD Codes, Airtel Thanks App, and Self Care Service.

Method 1. How to Check Airtel Data Balance (4G/3G/2G) with USSD Codes

We have certain numbers called USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) that start with Star (*) and end with the hash (#) to check our Airtel mobile data usage and remaining data. These Airtel net balance check codes are the easiest way to know the remaining Airtel net pack balance. Learn how to check Airtel internet balance with USSD codes below-

Figure out your 4G data balance in Airtel Prepaid

USSD Code: *121*8#

To know your Airtel 4G data balance, dial *121*8#. Airtel will show your 4G data balance.

Check your Airtel 3G data balance

USSD Code: *123*11#

To know your Airtel 3G data balance, dial *123*11#. Airtel will show your 3G data balance.

Find your Airtel 2G data balance

USSD Code: *123*10# or *123*21#

To know your Airtel 2G data balance, dial *123*10# or *123*21#. Airtel will show your 2G data balance.

Method 2. Check Airtel Data Balance via Airtel Thanks (MyAirtel) App

Another easy way to check out your Airtel internet balance is through, Airtel Thanks App (formerly known as MyAirtel app). The app is available on both Android and iOS platforms. Here is how Airtel internet balance can be checked using Airtel Thanks App.

Step 1: Download the Airtel Thanks App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Step 2: Register your number in the app and log in to your account.

Step 3: Tap on the account and options like Balance and Recharge, Data Balance, Transaction History, etc. appear in it.

Step 4: Select ‘Data Balance’ to see your daily data limit and the status of your remaining data.

Method 3. Data Balance Track Through Airtel Self-Care

You can also check your used and remaining data balance analysis through Airtel self-care service.

Step 1: Go to the Airtel self-care service portal.

Step 2: Submit required details- Mobile No./ Service ID and Password/ OTP.

Step 3: After successful login, you will be able to manage your Airtel account and can track data usage analysis & history.

Current Bill Plan: SMS BP to 121

Outstanding Amount: SMS OT to 121
